I find it really hard to get going lately. I don't know if its the weather going colder, the later nights or I am just plain exhausted. But I have to remember that aligning with my best self doesn’t require a hustle—it just starts with small, soul-led actions that open the invitation to calm, clarity and purpose into my life. Getting productive can seem daunting when we have a huge to-do-list, especially when raising little ones.
