How to Use Crystal Wands to Cleanse the Energy Body

Your energy body is a bright field of light, constantly shifting and responding to your thoughts, emotions, and environment. Just as we cleanse our physical bodies, our energetic bodies also need regular clearing to remove stagnant vibrations, psychic debris, or attachments that weigh us down. I like to refer to this as our spiritual hygiene.
